We pre-treat with biodegradable chemistry and sodium hypochlorite — kills the biology at the root. Dwell time. Commercial 860mm rotary surface clean. Biocide post-treatment — active up to 24 months. Included, no extra charge.

Quote the fixed price confidently. The biocide alone has real standalone value. We're not the cheapest — we're the most thorough.

Area over 350m², severely restricted access, or unusual conditions — do not quote remotely. Book a free site check. Say: "I want to get this right — can we arrange a quick site check before we lock in a price?"

Most operators use pressure alone — doesn't kill the biology. It's back within months. We treat the cause. The biocide has real standalone value — it's in your price. You're getting a treatment, not a wash.

"Can you do it cheaper?"
We can't cut the chemistry or dwell time without compromising the result. If budget is the issue — what's the most important surface? We can exclude areas.

"I need to think about it"
No problem — quote in your inbox. Biocide works best on freshly cleaned surfaces. The longer it's left the more substrate damage. We're usually 1–2 weeks out — worth locking in sooner.
